Rachnakaar Industries is built on a 35-year family legacy in plastics manufacturing. Three and a half decades of moulding experience — materials, tooling, cycle discipline and customer approvals — sit behind every part we ship today.

We are a B2B manufacturing partner. Our work sits inside products carrying other brands' names, which is exactly why our process is built around repeatability rather than volume claims. Every mould, every shot weight and every finish standard is documented and held.

Serving as a Tier-2 supplier to major appliance brands has shaped how we operate: structured PPAP-style part approvals, controlled material handling, in-process inspection, and production planning that respects customer schedules rather than reacting to them.

With 12 machines across a 20,000 sq ft facility and more than 150 moulds in service, we run part families in parallel — from 2g precision inserts to 900g structural housings — while keeping changeovers predictable.

Today that same backbone supports our expansion into LED lighting and electrical components, where moulding capability, assembly discipline and cosmetic quality all matter at once.
